MSLs build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and experts, leading proactive and reactive scientific discussions across the product lifecycle. They spend time in the field to understand real-world challenges and generate actionable medical insights. Opportunities for collaboration in research, education, audits, and advisory roles are identified and pursued.

Internally, MSLs collaborate with local and regional medical teams, sharing best practices and insights while aligning compliantly with commercial teams. They drive coordination for congress planning, safety reporting, project execution, and support research initiatives like medical grants and clinical trials. Develop and deliver internal training on disease areas and emerging treatments.

MSLs contribute to annual medical and brand plans, research strategies, and launch activities while developing territory plans aligned with HCP needs. They represent the medical function at UK and international congresses. Passionate individuals who use initiative deliver patient benefits through coordinated field activities.

Requirements

  • Advanced scientific and/or medical training
  • Expertise in neuroscience therapeutic area
  • Experience interacting with HCPs and associated professionals
  • Ability to deliver clear, non-promotional scientific information
  • Driven individual who uses own initiative and collaborates with colleagues
  • Passionate about delivering patient benefits through Jazz therapies
  • Skilled in field-based scientific engagement
  • Knowledge of real-world evidence generation and clinical trial support
