Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student in an accredited college or university program
Pursuing a degree related to the position in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
Classified as a minimum of an entering sophomore or above
Must be enrolled in school the semester following the internship
Must commit to a minimum of 10 weeks of internship
Authorized to work in the United States; company will not sponsor work visas
Computer-based skills including Word, Excel, and Smartsheet or similar software preferred
Knowledge of scientific principles; previous industry experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

Create a departmental tracker in Smartsheet to replace current Excel file and drive KPI reporting, combining Tech Transfer and Cleaning Validation projects into one master file
Update Production Validation Master List for inclusion in Site Master Validation Plan, removing non-value added information
Track requalification due dates
Assist in shadowing Tech Transfer and Cleaning Validation teams during execution of protocols
Support development of master files for Tech Transfer projects and validation activities
