As Data Manager within Global Manufacturing and Supply (GMS), build and manage processes, governance, and system landscape for data. Shape the vision of future data management and drive the data journey within GMS.

Ensure all key data from systems like ERP and APS is created timely, correct, maintained, synchronized among systems, and communicated to stakeholders at high standard. Data quality must be reported regularly. Enable correct and on-time supplies to patients and positive business impact.

Partner with functions outside GMS and participate in projects enhancing Sobi’s data management environment. Position based at Global Headquarters in Stockholm or hub in Basel, reporting to Head Global Manufacturing & Supply Excellence.

Requirements

Collaborative, patient-focused professional who thrives in global, multicultural environment
Experience connecting functions and translating data complexity into clear direction
Knowledge of master data management in manufacturing and supply chain contexts
Familiarity with ERP and APS systems for data synchronization and reporting
Ability to define source systems and user systems for each data point
Skills in data cleansing, consolidation, and integration strategies
Understanding of pharmaceutical supply processes ensuring timely patient supplies
Proven governance and RACI development for cross-functional data processes

Responsibilities

Define, implement, and further develop cross-functional processes and RACI (incl. governance) to create and update Master Data
Manage the identification, collection, consolidation and cleansing of master data from various sources
Create and update data points and ensure data sharing among systems works uninterrupted
Ensure accurate and timely communication of master data to 3PL partners and Sobi affiliates
Develop and coordinate data integration strategies to ensure data consistency across systems
Collaborate with stakeholders within and outside GMS to define and implement ways of working
Develop and implement concepts to regularly report data quality, data sharing, and improvement steps
Proactively initiate and lead improvements on processes, systems, and roles to enhance data management within GMS, TechOps, and Sobi
