Requirements

Familiarity with health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) activities
Experience supporting real-world evidence (RWE) generation using claims-based and observational data
Knowledge of project management for HEOR studies, including timelines and deliverables
Ability to conduct literature reviews and synthesize clinical, economic, and outcomes evidence
Proficiency in reviewing and interpreting real-world databases
Understanding of market access and value strategy in biopharmaceuticals
Exposure to neuroscience-focused therapeutic areas

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day project management activities for HEOR studies, including maintaining timelines, trackers, and deliverables
Contribute to the design and execution of real-world evidence (RWE) studies, including data review, exploratory analyses, and interpretation of claims-based research
Conduct literature reviews and evidence synthesis, summarizing clinical, economic, and outcomes data to inform HEOR deliverables
Assist in coordinating with HEOR leads, internal stakeholders, and external vendors, including tracking timelines and following up on deliverables
Support cross-functional project coordination for market access and value strategy
Perform exploratory analyses on observational data to generate real-world evidence
