This role partners closely with US Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial, Global CORE, and RWE Analytics to generate evidence supporting product value and patient access.

The role collaborates with the US Field Health Evidence Outcomes Liaison team to ensure field readiness and address payer needs. It generates high-quality evidence for payer decision-making in the US healthcare environment. Daily work involves strategic oversight of studies and translation of insights into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in epidemiology, outcomes research, pharmacoepidemiology, or related field
  • Deep expertise in real-world evidence generation and US healthcare data sources
  • Strong knowledge of US payer, IDN, and population health decision-maker needs
  • Experience leading RWE strategies for therapeutic areas in oncology or serious diseases
  • Proven ability to partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial teams
  • Scientific rigor in study design, execution, and dissemination of CORE research
  • Skills in translating evidence for payer value communication and field tools
  • Established relationships with US KOLs in outcomes research and epidemiology

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the US CORE strategy and tactical plan aligned with US brand, medical, and market access priorities
  • Partner with Global CORE and external vendors to execute priority CORE studies for the US market
  • Leverage RWE to identify data-driven insights on unmet needs and disease burden
  • Represent US CORE on key cross-functional and global teams for evidence gap assessments and brand planning
  • Lead or participate in US payer or RWE advisory boards to gather evidence needs
  • Develop and maintain understanding of US payer, IDN, and population health evidence needs
  • Lead development of US payer-focused CORE value communication tools like field decks and AMCP Dossiers
  • Collaborate with Market Access Marketing to co-develop shared resources for HEOL
