Patients are at the heart of everything we do. As part of our Medical Affairs team, you’ll foster internal and external collaboration to generate evidence-based clinical practices. This impacts patient lives and advances care for cardiovascular disease.
You'll support, coordinate and administer investigator-initiated trials and clinical programs in the EMEAC region. Manage administrative steps including contracts, milestones, timelines and payments. Assist institutions in trial initiation and monitor site enrollment progress.
Foster strong collaboration between Medical Affairs and business units like Sales, Marketing and Clinical. Maintain contact with key institutional departments and facilitate information exchange. Prepare monthly reports and assist in grant review meetings.

Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent in related field
- 2 years previous related medical device and/or clinical experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven expertise in MS Office Suite and ability to operate general office machinery
- Good written and verbal communication skills, presentation and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities
- Manage all necessary administrative steps for IIT/IST programs including contracts, milestones, timelines, payment schedules and deliverables
- Assist institutions in trial initiation and implementation
- Maintain contact with key institutional departments
- Monitor and report site enrollment progress
- Support statistical analysis and publication support where needed
- Prepare monthly reports and enrollment progress reports
- Assist in Grant Application Review Committee meetings and prepare minutes
- Foster strong collaboration and information exchange between Medical Affairs and other business units
