We have an immediate opportunity for a Remote Pediatric Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This US-based role prefers Eastern and Central time zones while considering others.
The Remote Pediatric Sales Representative drives sales growth by promoting pharmaceutical products through virtual channels like video calls, phone, emails, and digital platforms. Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists. Deliver value-based sales presentations tailored to provider needs.
Develop and execute territory business plans using sales data analysis and virtual strategies to outperform competitors. Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and medical affairs for aligned customer engagement.
Demonstrate patient-centricity by communicating product benefits for improved health outcomes. Prioritize tasks and exhibit resilience in competitive markets while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and ethical standards. Achieve sales performance goals with base salary, bonus potential, and full benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- Pharmaceutical sales experience required; 2+ years desired
- Proven record of consistent success in sales performance
- Experience building relationships with healthcare professionals including pediatric specialists
- Proficiency in virtual engagement strategies like video calls, emails, and digital platforms
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop territory business plans
- Knowledge of competitor activities and market dynamics in pharmaceutical sales
- Commitment to compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Responsibilities
- Effectively promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals through virtual channels to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Foster and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including pediatric specialists, to build trust and loyalty
- Conduct impactful, value-based sales presentations tailored to healthcare providers using remote engagement tools
- Develop and execute territory business plans by analyzing sales data and leveraging virtual strategies
- Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and industry trends to adapt strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and medical affairs
- Efficiently prioritize daily tasks, appointments, and administrative responsibilities through remote channels
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards
