As Senior Project Manager, you'll manage and deliver projects meeting high-quality standards within timelines and budgets, with a strong focus on Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing. This includes developing brochures, research materials, videos, and organizing conferences/trade shows. You'll oversee all aspects of project execution as the primary coordinator for estimates, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources.

Collaborate cross-functionally, leading teams with organization and structure while coordinating resources and task assignments. Partner with Client Services to monitor scope, identify risks, and escalate concerns for proactive mitigation. Communicate project information across departments, facilitate meetings, and manage personalities and conflicts effectively.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of project management experience within a traditional marketing or advertising agency environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Project experience focused on Trade Shows/Conferences is required
  • Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical and HCP marketing experience is a plus
  • Understanding of project management principles

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team by bringing organization and structure to the delivery approach plan
  • Identify project risks, issues, and needs, and coordinate with team members from various disciplines promptly
  • Partner with Client Services to proactively monitor and manage project scope, escalating risks and concerns promptly
  • Coordinate team resources and task assignments based on deliverables and project plans
  • Assist with contingency planning, problem resolution, and recommend solutions to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality
  • Deliver detailed progress reports, financials, and forecasts on assigned projects
  • Track changes in scope and actual hours against project plans, making adjustments to deliver on time and budget
  • Plan and facilitate effective meetings, project estimation, and planning
