The tertiary site with 600 people in Lyon Gerland Biodistrict recruits a Chargé de pharmacovigilance in alternance. You will contribute to receiving, referencing, and distributing notifications including initial cases and follow-ups from emails, technical services, and veterinary medical information. Enter cases involving various animal species like pets, ruminants, avians, pigs, and equines into the pharmacovigilance database. Participate in duplicate searches, quality control, documentation, and case evaluations while improving data management processes.

Join the pharmaceutical excellence/pharmacovigilance service of 20 collaborators with personalized accompaniment for mission onboarding, work environment discovery, and tool usage. Ideal for those starting a bac+5 in health or sciences, pharmacy, or veterinary training seeking a 1-year alternance in an animal health lab. Develop flexibility, rigor, curiosity, relational qualities, and autonomy with English B2 and Pack Office skills. First pharmacovigilance experience via stage or alternance is a plus.

Requirements

  • Integrating bac+5 level training in health or sciences, pharmacy, or veterinary
  • Seeking 1-year alternance in an animal health laboratory
  • Flexible, rigorous, and curious
  • Good relational qualities and strong initiative for autonomous work
  • First experience (stage or alternance) in pharmacovigilance is a plus
  • English level B2 written and oral
  • Pack Office tools

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the reception, referencing, and distribution of notifications (initial cases and follow-ups) from various sources like emails, technical services, and veterinary medical information
  • Enter cases involving different animal species (pets, ruminants, avians, pigs, equines) into the pharmacovigilance database
  • Participate in duplicate searches, quality control, documentation, and evaluation of cases
  • Work on improving processes and data management flows
  • Participate in transverse team subjects including training, communication, and exchanges with technical services
