The Technician I Fill Finish Operations - Day Shift position handles the final finishing of plasma products. This includes aseptic filling, visual inspection, vial labeling, serialization, and packaging under oversight of the Group Leader.

Daily tasks involve cleaning and sanitizing equipment before and after use, along with area cleaning, disinfection, and waste removal. Technicians maintain raw material inventories, perform cycle counts, and handle materials for raw components and finished goods. They stock airlocks and production rooms with consumables and gowning supplies.

The role reports to the Supervisor or Sr. Manager Fill Finish Operations in a GMP-compliant environment. Participate in area walkthroughs, follow up on observations, and keep the area organized. Perform all assigned production operations in a 24/7 facility with typical 10-hour shifts.

Load and unload the filling system, conduct visual inspections, label vials, serialize, and package products. Take product samples and complete batch records following Good Documentation Practices. Thrive in a hands-on approach to production within an innovative biopharmaceutical setting.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • GMP experience preferred
  • Aseptic filling experience preferred
  • Ability to complete and audit batch records following Good Documentation Practices
  • Flexible to work in a 24/7 operation with 10-hour shifts
  • Take product samples
  • Attention to detail in visual inspection and labeling
