Work occurs in a regulated GMP manufacturing or warehouse setting, using tools like scanning equipment and internal tracking systems. Knowledge of shipping carriers, customs, and regulations supports accurate handling. A professional attitude and customer service focus are essential.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in GMP manufacturing, warehouse operations, or quality inspection preferred
- SAP experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow structured procedures and work within a regulated environment
- Knowledge and application of domestic and international shipping carriers, customs, duties and shipping regulations as well as internal tools used (e.g., scanning equipment, hot-synching of scanners, internal database tracking system, dollies and carts)
- Excellent customer service, professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to work overtime and meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Receive and unpack materials and supplies against purchase orders for delivery
- Perform incoming quality inspections using established checklists and procedures, including visual inspection, packaging integrity checks, and verification against approved specifications
- Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
- Report damages and discrepancies to request reimbursement or re-shipment
- Maintain logs of all shipments outgoing and incoming
- Ensure appropriate environmental storage conditions
- Prepare orders for return-to-vendor shipment
- Prepare daily production and volume reports to measure productivity and prepare billing charges
