Specialty Networks at Cardinal Health creates clinical and economic value for independent specialty providers and partners in urology, gastroenterology, and rheumatology. The organization helps improve patient outcomes by getting each patient to the right care at the right time. It works with over 11,500 providers across 1,500+ independent specialty physician practices and groups.
As a Clinical Operations Coordinator, you will work on the assigned practice’s PPS Analytics portal. This involves inputting specific information into the charts of assigned patients. You will also place patients into correct clinical stages.
The position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States. It operates on an as-needed PRN basis, allowing independent work while collaborating in a group setting. Strong attention to detail supports accurate data handling.

Requirements
- Licensed medical professionals preferred
- Ability to work in a group and independently given the remote aspect
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Strong customer service skills required
- Detail oriented
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time
- Ability to focus on tasks, evaluate operating conditions, and exercise sound judgment
- Demonstrated ability to use technology such as computers, smartphones, and tablets
Responsibilities
- Review and update primary and secondary treatments with dates
- Enter laboratory levels with dates
- Input Gleason scores and Clinical T stages with onset dates
- Record imaging tests with dates and impressions (positive, negative, inconclusive)
- Stage patients into correct clinical stages within PPS
